Yoga at Work
Yoga and meditation are powerful tools to promote health and well-being in your company. I provide your employees with effective tools for managing stress, releasing muscular tension, and improving mental clarity. This series can occur as a one-time consultation, or in-training, but is also useful as a series, or as an ongoing group class.
My Yoga at Work series focuses on exercises and meditation to: Relieve stress in the body and mind; Improve and maintain a healthy posture; Decrease repetitive stress injuries; Manage mood swings; Decrease anxiety; Improve strength and muscle tone; and Increase flexibility.
Businesses have found that Yoga training benefits business by boosting productivity, improving employee moral, increasing retention, and deepening employee relationships.
The classes in the Yoga at Work series are 30-90 minutes, and are suitable for all levels. The suggested package is 8-12 weeks, one to two times per week, but an adapted version of the longer series has been succesful at corporate retreats and in-service trainings. Pricing dependent on final configuration of the series.
Beginners Yoga Series
Once a week for 8 weeks, or twice a week for 4 weeks
Introduces: basic breathing techniques, postures, meditation, and relaxation
Learn how to alleviate tension in the body, improve flexibility in the spine, & reduce stress
Proactive Reboot Yoga Series
Once a week for 8 weeks, or twice a week for 4 weeks
Learn techniques for stress management using yoga and meditation
Counteract the effects of sitting in a chair at the desk
Prevent repetitive stress disorders
Effectively manage fatigue, sleep disorders, anxiety, and negative thought patterns
These techniques are simple enough to practice on one’s own at work or home
