Classes
My teaching is grounded in Yoga traditions, and tailored to meet the needs and interests of my students. Nurturing instructions focus on allowing you to mindfully challenge the way your body moves.
My classes incorporate years of Yoga practice and study with knowledge of physical therapy. A playful emphasis on alignment is fused to a clarifying intense relaxation.
I believe that everyone can benefit from yoga. The practice will improve your physical wellness and increase your mental and spiritual awareness. Come try one of my classes, or contact me to schedule a private class or workshop.
